Manny Bernandez is a Venezuelan-born Director/Creative Director with an affinity for bold & uncompromising human-centric storytelling.

Being from South America, Manny has a very easy-going demeanor that disarms the toughest of talent, allowing him to pierce straight through and elicit heartfelt moments from everyone in front of his lens. Whether celebrities, athletes, actors, or real people, he always finds ways to capture moments of human vulnerability and strength. This ability has landed him many great directional opportunities for Nike, Adidas, IWC Schaffhausen , Footlocker, Netflix, Dick Sporting Goods, Kroger & National Geographic, where he’s been able to flex his chops in the context of cutting-edge brand work.

Manny recently relocated to Austin, Texas after an 8 year stint in Los Angeles giving him the innate understanding of both Latino and Californian culture.

Manny brings additional value to every project through his background as a CD/Designer, Design Director (Nike) and GCD (Digitas). This experience grants him the unique ability to intertwine live-action, design and animation in a manner that complements performances and humanity from his cast.
